We met at Birdwood’s Café in Havelock North with all their beautiful African arts and crafts for a delicious morning tea in the beautiful conservatory overlooking the gardens complete with huge sculptures. As pictured we certainly enjoyed our morning sharing stories and much laughter.
In Palmerston North we gathered at the Cooperage Café armed with photos of ourselves in our younger years and attempted to match ‘who was who’ in 2015. We shared a few laughs and had a trip down memory lane with the fashion styles. The sun was shining in Wanganui for our meeting at the Fluffy Duck café at the picturesque Virginia Lake. After a lovely morning tea, a wander in the well cared for winter gardens at the park was a must and the array of flowering plants was beautiful.
In New Plymouth we gathered in the lovely Gusto Café with the glistening sea ebbing and flowing right up to the deck, sunglasses were a must in the glorious sunshine! We enjoyed lots of conversation and laughter and I look forward to our next meeting.
