I am a Tai Chi Qi Gong (Chi Gong) instructor and offered to take everyone through a short session of Tai Chi Qi Gong. Tai Chi Qi Gong consists of gentle, easy to follow movements, combined with breathing and accompanied by music. The exercises can be done sitting or standing and are particularly effective for people with health conditions especially when there is restrictive movement and or the need to increase ones mobility or stamina incrementally without strain, pain or stress. We did a 10 minute warm up and 10 minutes of Qi Gong (Chi Gong). It seems everyone enjoyed it and requested we do a Qi Gong session prior to each meeting.
