Aaran Church is a Service Provider and offers Reiki, Acupunture, Acupressure, EFT and Tai Chi. It was fantastic to have him along at the latest Auckland Meeting answering questions we had and sharing a wealth of knowledge. It was a lively meeting with much discussion and some time to try Tai Chi. We all had a good try even if we may not have been quite as flowing and graceful as Aaran.
North Haven Hospice team members Lale and Sue came to the last Whangarei Members Meeting and shared the many ways hospice support those who access their care. Their range of free services include; Nurturing Touch, Facts, Food and Friendship, a’ Menzone’ and creative groups. It was good to hear from Sweet Louise Members who have been going to these groups how valuable and supportive they have found them.
We had a lovely Look Good Feel Better North Shore based meeting at Sovereign in Smales Farm. It was a fabulous success with lots of fun, laughter, tips and tricks from Colleen. A special thank you to Sovereign and LGFB for their amazing help.
