Welcome to the New Year! The festive season is ‘done and dusted’ and we have almost zoomed through January with fabulous weather almost throughout the country. Hooray!
We had some lovely Christmas luncheons in the Midcentral region. In New Plymouth we met at the lovely café,‘The Bach’ down on the breakwater, in Hawkes Bay we spent a balmy afternoon in a marquee in the beautiful sculpture garden of the Birdwood café and in Palmerston North at the lovely café ‘The Cooperage’. Lots of delicious treats were had by all! Those that were not away gathered at the Cooperage café sharing our season’s festivities, had a good catch up with much lively conversation and lovely iced coffee and milkshakes due to the very warm temperature of the day.
