Emma Prill is a Tauranga-based artist who has exhibited her gorgeous botanical collages both nationally and internationally. Her largest work to date is her installation 'Colourfield' which was an immersive large scale garden, made entirely from canvas and cardboard, that took over the main atrium of Tauranga Art Gallery.
At a recent workshop, Emma shared her knowledge, methods and inspiration with the Sweet Louise community, where all those taking part had the chance to contribute some of their floral forms to a larger-scale collage that Emma has put together for Sweet Louise.
We call it Celebration of Life.
This unique piece of artwork is now up for sale and all proceeds from the sale will go to support New Zealanders with incurable breast cancer – a real collage of kindness!
