In August thanks to the generosity of four Wellington Service Providers, 12 members had first hand experience of Reflexology. This modality is believed to have its roots in the ancient civilizations: Egypt, China, Africa and the native Indian tribes of America. It involves the application of pressure by the practitioner’s hands, thumbs, and fingers to reflex points in the client’s hands, feet, or ears.
