We had a wonderful High Tea at the Wintergardens last month with 30+ members from all over Auckland meeting for a cup of tea, sandwiches and cakes. Despite competing for attention with a giant ‘corpse’ flower in the gardens, everyone managed to make their way to the cosy warmth of the Wintergarden pavilion. With special thanks to Kim and her team at the Wintergardens, Brian and his driving with Freedom transport, Connie from Borrowed who lent us the fine antique cups and saucers and of course our wonderful volunteers. Many thanks to everyone who came and made it such a splendid occasion.
