Joan Withers

Joan Withers is one of New Zealand’s most respected and influential businesswomen. Joan chairs The Warehouse Group and has recently joined the Sky Board of Directors. She is also a Director of ANZ Bank NZ and the former Chief Executive of media firms, The Radio Network and Fairfax New Zealand, as well as being a former Chair of Auckland Airport and of Mercury.

Joan is a champion for board diversity, especially for closing the gender gap through assisting more women into senior management and board positions. She is a member of Global Women and in 2017 she wrote “A Woman’s Place – Life, leadership and lessons from the boardroom. At the end of 2014, Joan became the first ever female recipient of the Shareholders’ Association’s Beacon Award. She was also honoured with the supreme award at the Women of Influence Awards and with a University of Auckland Bright Lights Distinguished Alumni Award, both in 2015.

Joan is also a trustee of Sweet Louise.

Rob Fyfe

Rob is currently Non-executive Director Air Canada, Non-executive Director Michael Hill International, Executive Chairman Zalm Therapeutics, Strategic Advisor to Craggy Range wines and Director Fitout Solutions.

Rob is also Strategic Advisor to the New Zealand Government on Re-entry into the Pike River Coal Mine, the NZ business representative on the Bali Process Forum and an honorary advisor to the Asia New Zealand Foundation.

Rob is the former Chief Executive Officer of Air New Zealand (2005-2012) and served as Chairman and CEO of Icebreaker (2013 - 2017).

Most recently Rob has worked with the NZ Government to help shape the COVID-19 response through liaison with the private sector.

Anna Mowbray

Anna Mowbray is the Co-Owner and COO of ZURU toys -- the 10th biggest toy company in the world. ZURU is known for its agility, innovation, industry disruption, leadership in automated toy manufacturing and family culture. Anna sits at the helm of ZURU and is the backbone of the organization overseeing all HR, operations, marketing, distribution, new product development, investments and financials.

Anna’s achievements include growing ZURU with her two siblings from its inception 14 years ago to a $600M+ business today, all while raising three kids under the age of 8 and living in Asia.

She leads a team of over 3,500 direct employees and over 10,000 indirect employees, and oversaw the transition to automated manufacturing of the world’s top selling toy Bunch O Balloons and #2 Brand in Blaster X-shot. With many Toy of the Year accolades and numerous industry awards to its name, Zuru is a powerhouse in toys.

Antonia Watson

Antonia Watson is Chief Executive Officer, ANZ Bank NZ Ltd. She has over 25 years’ experience in the professional services and financial services sector in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Australia and Hungary.

Antonia is responsible for overseeing the running of ANZ Bank NZ Ltd, which includes their network of retail branches, contact centres and banking specialists who take care of over two million consumer and business customers. Prior to accepting this role, Antonia was Managing Director, Retail & Business Banking.

Antonia joined ANZ from Morgan Stanley, where she was General Manager of their business services and technology centre in Budapest and held various Finance roles in Sydney and London. She qualified as a chartered accountant at KPMG.

She has a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Otago.

Joanne Ogg

Joanne Ogg is EY’s Auckland Managing Partner and brings over 24 years' of risk management, internal audit, project assurance and consulting experience.

Joanne is passionate about internal audit service quality. She’s an experienced senior client relationship partner who is focused on providing services that exceed expectations.

Joanne leads the risk practice for EY New Zealand, striving to help businesses keep out of trouble, and make their business better for long term success.

Throughout her career, Joanne has worked in a number of different countries such as Malaysia, China, the US and Australia. This has provided her with a range of experience and insight around how, particularly NZ companies can succeed across international borders.
